Admin Manager

Your role is to …

Support all team members with back-office sales & property management processes enabling them to make more house sales and manage more properties.


Utilising education, training & coaching it is the responsibility of the Admin Manager to:

  1. Use existing online checklists to facilitate listing, selling & management processes


  1. Use personal initiative to support the team

This is a task-based role relying heavily on the use of many different online platforms.

  • Wordpress
  • Locked On (CRM)
  • Teamwork (checklists)
  • Console
  • CoreLogic
  • Realworks
  • Xero



Min. Education

Year 12 schooling or equivalent

Min. Experience 

5+ years experience in customer service or data entry roles or real estate admin is advantageous.
