      Angilique has been THE BEST property manager I have ever engaged. At every stage she has been excellent, starting with screening of tenants. Rent collection was always on time with no defaults. Maintenance issues were promptly triaged and … More attended to where necessary. Communication was excellent. Regular inspections were thorough and detailed, with multiple photos.
      Exit was well managed with detail to condition of property at exit. This included attendance at negotiation meeting to (successfully) ensure departing tenant paid to return property to pre-rental state.
