If an emergency occurs, tenants must send a text to the property manager immediately before contacting any emergency service provider.

Tenants must then contact the nominated emergency service providers first. If the nominated provider cannot be contacted, an alternative licensed tradesperson may be engaged to attend and make the situation safe.

Please note:
If the attending tradesperson determines that the issue is not an emergency or not the landlord’s responsibility, all costs incurred will be the tenant’s responsibility.

Lockouts & Lost Keys
Tenants who lock themselves out or lose keys are required to contact a locksmith directly. All costs associated with gaining entry and/or replacing keys are the tenant’s responsibility.
