We are very happy with Angilique looking after our properties. She always keep us updated with any repairs and when we are looking for new tenants, she always keep us updated with the situation and how many enquiries etc. She even personally went to our property when there was an urgent instance. When she inspects our properties, she inspect carefully and she can pick up something which I even missed out. They provide reliable, responsive, quality and personal service to me which I found some of the large property management company missing.

Angelique is a brilliant property manager! She is available, easy to approach and most importantly professional. She has put in a lot of effort picking our tenants. Six months in I had my first body corporate meeting, and everyone was saying the tenants are lovely! Harts is a no fuss no nonsense agent renting wise they found us the best tenants never a drama reports accurate and well detailed backed up by photos when time came to sell Jim was straight on the money detailed valuation which we researched as well no outlandish promises and a quick sale with no prolonged drawn out saga

We wanted to sell our Town House investment property and Jim came highly recommended from a retiring colleague. We thought we may have missed the boat by a couple of months to achieve the highest sell price. We worked closely and very easily with Jim and the process worked like clockwork. Once we placed the town house on the market we acted at arms length and Jim very effectively did all of the hard work and the reslt was that we exceeded our expectations on our anticipated sell price.

Angelique ( property manager) would have to be the best landlord I've had in my 25yrs of renting, professional and kind are hard to find in a rental property msnage but Angelique wins this hands down. This is my experience as a renter however as a manager for someone's property Hart's realestate are on the ball with 3 month inspections and quick to have repairs (if needed) attended to in a short time frame if not immediately. I would not hesitate to recommend them to look after your property . 100% best on the GC Jim Hart and Angelique well done

We have known Jim for about 20 years. He has handled all our previous investment property sales in that time. We had no hesitation in asking him to look after the sale of our house. Although his agency is not as big or well known as some of the bigger players in this space, this is more than made up by his market knowledge and professionalism. He listened to what we wanted and formulated a strategy to suit both our needs and the needs of any potential buyers. He achieved a great price for us in a short time. Angilique has been THE BEST property manager I have ever engaged. At every stage she has been excellent, starting with screening of tenants. Rent collection was always on time with no defaults. Maintenance issues were promptly triaged and attended to where necessary. Communication was excellent. Regular inspections were thorough and detailed, with multiple photos.
Exit was well managed with detail to condition of property at exit. This included attendance at negotiation meeting to (successfully) ensure departing tenant paid to return property to pre-rental state.
I highly recommend Angilique of Harts Property to any landlords seeking a top property manager.
